Whether you use Xactware or Symbility (a.k.a. Claims Workspace) or our web portal, you can send a link for the homeowner or contractor to use the app, without downloading it.

Use an enterprise app (integration needed) or our mobile app (download or access via a link) to take a video of the area of interest - interior or exterior.
3. View Insights in Real-Time
The video, room layout, measurements and other insights are made available in real-time, both on our web portal, as well as in Xactware or Symbility or your own application.
